Jack Liu Photography will be taking all photos before, during and after the ceremony. Before will be group shots and individual pictures, during will be ceremony shots and then at the reception you can ask him to take family pictures, friend groups or pictures with the UO Duck. All of these pictures will be put on his website for you and your family to order. GREAT pictures.

Both Thursday and Friday night student groups will be in front of Beall Hall selling flowers and bottled water. You might consider buying flowers for someone in your family.

A check list of things to do:

1.       If you have not yet applied to graduate, the deadline is TODAY; here is the link: http://gradschool.uoregon.edu/?page=forms.

2.       If you graduated this past winter term or if you are graduating summer term or next fall term, you are welcome to walk in the June Ceremony with the spring graduating class. Your name will be listed in the program. Please inform Perri if this applies to you.

3.       Grad Fair is this week at the UO Duckstore, http://uoduckstore.com.  If you plan on walking in the ceremony, regalia is required; all of the other stuff they are selling you at the Grad Fair is optional. You can order regalia from now until June 1, but there is a hefty late penalty after May 15. Don’t forget to have your regalia pressed!

4.       Many people last year made their own announcements and sent them to family, so that they could pass on all the details (and get presents!). Details to pass on are below.

5.       Graduation is a celebration for your family and all of your friends; you may invite as many people as you like to both the ceremony and the reception party afterward. In order to make sure there is enough food, you will be asked in the graduation survey to RSVP the number of guests you are bringing.

6.       IMPORTANT Graduation survey: http://survey.qualtrics.com/SE?SID=SV_0HAMjG920DXFnvK&SVID=Prod this absolutely MUST be submitted by May 1st. It will only take 5 minutes but is required by all of you!

7.       Address updates: As soon as you know your summer and/or permanent mailing address, please update it with the Graduate Programs Office by sending an email to perrim@uoregon.edu. You MUST also update your address in DUCKWEBto receive your diploma. Your diploma will be mailed 8-10 weeks after graduation to the address listed in DUCKWEB.

8.       Email updates: Your uoregon.edu email address will expire one year after your final term; please use your oregonmba.com email address instead. Your oregonmba.com is a permanent forwarding address. If it is currently being forwarded to your uoregon.edu email address, you will need to change it in the alumni system;  otherwise you will lose your email. You can update your profile or change your forwarding email at any time at: www.oregonmba.com/alumni. If you have forgotten your login, please contact Perri. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “forgot password” link.

9.       We need your pictures for the Banquet and the Graduation Ceremony.Send us pics from all the classes of events, presentations, social gatherings, etc…funny, embarrassing, and things to make your mother proud. The funny ones we will use at the banquet, the nice ones we will use at graduation. Send MBA to Justin Gartland, jgartlan@uoregon.edu, and send MAcc to Anne Traut, atraut@uoregon.edu.  Captions or descriptions would be nice.

10.   Mark your calendar: The MBA/MAcc Banquet, for all MBA and MAcc and their guest/spouse/partner, is June 5th at the DAC. Invites will go out soon. This invite includes graduates from this past Fall and Winter terms.
