Individual Career Advising and Counseling
We encourage M.B.A. students to make appointments for individual career counseling sessions throughout the year. We'll discuss topics of importance to your self-assessment process and job search. Topics include networking, targeting employers, focusing career goals/self-assessment, effective resume and cover-letter writing and interviewing, evaluating and negotiating employment offers, and dual career concerns. The small size of the Oregon M.B.A. student body means that each student has frequent opportunities for personalized sessions.

Career development is an evolving process which requires ongoing self-evaluation of your values, interests, skills, and dreams. CareerLeader, a web-based assessment tool, is available to all Oregon M.B.A. students.
